
HOW TO FEEL RELAXED ;)
First thing you should do is breath deeply for 10-15
minutes when you are totally out of control. It is
better when you do that everyday.
However everybody who wants to relax should find
quiet place or maybe listen to nature or classic music
when you want to relax.
Another thing which you can do is taking yoga. This will help you to keep stress
level down and you can also do that with your friends.
Keeping a notebook with things that bother you is also good idea. Once you have
wrote it , decide is there anything you can do about it.
Always remind yourself that only you are in charge of how you feel and this
might help you calm down as well.
